모든 PDF파일은 편집이 안된다. 맞는 말일까요? 아니죠. 어릴때부터 보면 모든, 절대, 완전히 이런 단어가 있는 경우는 항상 오답입니다.:)
PDF는 문서 변형이 되지 않기 때문에, 함부로 ‘내 자료 고치지 말라’는 것이 핵심이죠. 그러나 보안이 걸리지 않은 문서의 경우 간단한 편집은 가능합니다.
우선 가지고 있는 PDF 파일이 편집이 가능한지는 PDF 파일의 속성을 알아보아야 합니다.
Acrobat 9에서 PDF파일을 열고, 속성(Document Properties)를 선택합니다.
문서 속성에서 보안 부분에 Changing the Document 가 Allowed 로 선택되어 있는지 확인을 합니다. 일반적으로 PDF로 저장만 했을 경우는 대부분 Allowed로 셋팅이 되었으니 편집이 가능한 PDF파일이 의외로 많다고 보시면 됩니다.
예를 들어 설명에 보죠. ㅎㅎ
1. 이력서 서식인데, 헉 오타가 있네요. 개인이 아니라 게인 --;;
2. 애크로뱃에서 PDF 문서를 열고, 도구 / 고급 편집 / TouchUp 텍스트 도구를 선택합니다.
3. 수정할 부분에 마우스 커서를 두고 키보드로 텍스트를 수정하면 됩니다.
이 외에도 새로운 텍스트를 추가할수 있으며, 텍스트 크기를 줄이거나 키우거나, 그리고 폰트까지 조정할 수 있습니다. (도구 / 입력도구 / 입력도구 도구 모음)
그래도 워드나 엑셀처럼 자유롭게 수정을 못해서 아쉽다구요. 어도비에서 만든 Acrobat은 문서를 작성하는 도구가 아니어서 그런 것이구요. 하지만 그것 역시 답은 있습니다. ^^
