The hotel in itself is in great location. Just couple of steps away from Market Street, where you can catch the Mini, and the also the Bart train connection. We used the Mini, which only cost $2 per person to go to Pier 39. But you can easily walk to any point of interest, if you have the stamina to do so to go to Lombard street, as well as Ghirardelli Square. The hotel is right next to the Westfield shopping center, which houses pretty nice food places. If there was only one item I could comment on, would be the internet needs to better. The connection speed is way too slow. Otherwise, the hotel was great, with a beautiful lobby entrance.
